Soccer- Fall 2012:
In order to play soccer this fall, you must sign up by filling in the form below and submit an athletic pre-participation form to the school office before the start of the season. You can find the athletic pre-participation form in the Resources section of the website. You must fill in the form below so we can include you on our soccer mailing list. If we do not have a form submitted by you, we will not include you on our soccer mailing list and you will miss the end-of-summer practices and any tournaments. You will also not receive the instructional letters from the coaches.
